Instead of fighting your intense feelings or emotions, greet them like you are greeting a friend and ask them: What can I learn from you?
When you are open and curious, you can approach your experiences with a sense of calm and innate knowing. This makes a mindset shift much easier, short-circuiting the anxiety loop, thus reducing worry and rumination.
When you practice these strategies, you are firing new pathways in your brain that will enable you to leverage your resilience and face change and adversity with calm awareness.
