Yoga + Meditation
Tiffany is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher (E-RYT 500). She is able to safely incorporate this modality into the therapeutic process. This intervention is heavily rooted in neurobiology, making it effective for those with anxiety, depression, trauma, and somatic issues like chronic pain and insomnia. There is a non-religious spiritual focus in this practice to help people reconnect with body wisdom.
Tiffany also offers movement, meditation, and mindfulness training to yoga teachers, clinicians, teachers, healthcare workers, and psychotherapists.
